Correction to “All $c$-Bhaskar Rao Designs with Block Size $3$ and $c\ge -1$ Exist”

Abstract

We correct an earlier theorem and reprove its consequences regarding $c$-BRDs with $v\equiv 5,8(\mathrm{mod}12)$. The original conclusions remain valid.
